Comedy Sensation Pulp The Movie

London, United Kingdom (PRWEB) February 15, 2012
Comedy sensation, Pulp, is today releasing a brand new trailer and an exclusive scene from the film that gives a generation of Star Wars naysayers a voice in the form of despicable cop, Tyler Jake. Tyler goes head-to-head with ?Rock God? comic book artist, Rick Bean, in an encounter that ends with only one of them standing. Pulp?s ?Star Wars? scene has had audiences applauding and cheering.
Adam Hamdy, co-director of Pulp, said, ?The clip we?re releasing is pretty controversial. It contains foul language and even fouler views on Star Wars. It?s the geek world equivalent of a knife fight and is really not for the faint-hearted.?
You can view the trailer and exclusive scene here.
Independently financed, Pulp The Movie is building up a global following and a real head of steam. Recently nominated for the London Comedy Film Festival Discovery Award, Pulp, is a comedy feature film set in the irreverent world of comic book publishing.
Phil Bland, producer of Pulp said, ?We recently screened Pulp The Movie to an audience of 1,200 people at the annual SFX Weekender and the reaction to the film was brilliant. This exclusive scene is our way of thanking everyone involved in making Pulp a success and giving our online audience a taste of what Pulp The Movie is all about.?
Pulp The Movie is a homage to movies and comic books and will be released soon. If you?d like to see more of Pulp, tweet, like, link, say what you think and help spread the word of Pulp. It?s more than a movie, it?s a way of life.

Small Wars
Passionate and brilliantly rendered, Small Wars questions how honor can exist amid cruelty and asks what becomes of intimacy in the grinding gears of empire. A major in the British Army, Hal Treherne is a dedicated soldier on the brink of a brilliant career. He is eager to lead his men into combat; his wife, Clara, however, is relieved when they are posted instead to seemingly peaceful sun-kissed Cyprus. But war erupts over unification with Greece, the island is consumed by violence—and Hal discovers that his military training cannot help him navigate the minefields of moral compromise that lie beneath every battle he fights. Clara grows fearful of her increasingly distant husband. When she needs him most, she finds the once-tender Hal a changed man—a betrayal that is only part of the shocking personal crisis to come.
